You agree that information provided to us will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. Assured that, a User Account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to terminate any User Account at any time at our sole discretion for offensive activity, inability to comply with the terms, or for any other fraudulent activity.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
We have made every effort to describe our services and products as accurately as possible. However, we don’t warrant that the descriptions are fully accurate, complete, reliable, updated, and error-free. All descriptions of our services or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer for any Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
In order to purchase or renew our services, the user must pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee based on the chosen plan located on the pricing page. The fees are exclusive of Value-added tax and any other taxes, or any other charges imposed on the payment and are applicable to the registered user.
The user must use a valid credit card to access our services, and all payments will be made on a prepaid basis. Note that the user is responsible for bank fees and any kind of charges that come with the service fee. No purchase or renewal is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.
We offer a small window for refunds in certain cases. You may request a refund by explaining the detailed reason as to why you want to cancel our service and get a refund. If we are unable to resolve the problem within a short time, we will provide a partial refund to you. If clients violate the terms and conditions and are suspended, in that case, a refund will not be offered. Even if you ask for cancellation and then agree to continue using services, you can’t ask a second time for a refund. 5B If your account is temporarily suspended or terminated due to non-payment or violation of our terms of service, a reconnection fee of £20 per website(s) will be applied to reactivate your service(s). This fee covers the administrative costs associated with restoring your service(s). The reconnection process will commence upon receipt of the reconnection fee, as well as any outstanding balance on the account.
We are always ready to help you transfer your site to us from another hosting provider. We always try to perform the best transfer of all your data from your old host to our host. However, hosting transfer is not our duty; it is just a bonus service. HostHelp will transfer a maximum of one account for shared hosting, 10 accounts for Reseller, 25 accounts for VPS, and 50 accounts for a dedicated server for free the first time. You will have to pay fees for additional transfers.
If you use any service of HostHelp, it is at your own risk. Our backup service is run on the last day of each week and is provided to you as a courtesy. HostHelp is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason.
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
